Below are several options for downloading your own copy of the full study series. There are a total of 50 PDF study files and 51 audio only introduction MP4 files, one general audio introduction to the series and one audio introduction for to a corresponding study.

For Example....

If you would like one PDF file to save on your computer or tablet, and listen to the audio introduction online, then download the FULL STUDY.

​

or

​

If you want all individual studies and audio files, then download the COMPLETE SERIES.

​

These are large files, zipped together for your convenience, and located on each button is the file count for each zip file. On slower connections, please be patient as the files download.

​

Each zip-file includes a PDF checklist of all of the studies, so you can keep track of your progress.

How to Un-zip Files

​

  • Open File Explorer and find the zipped folder.

​

  • To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

​

  • To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a new location.
